Bing Nv [病女]
Biography : Bing Nv (Sickgirl –病女- in Chinese) was born in 1998 in Guìyáng, the capital of Guizhou, a southwest province of China . She start taking pictures when she was twelve. Moved to beijing in 2015 before going back to Guìyáng in 2017.
Bing Nv‘s pictures depict the truth of the modern youth, the fascination for “the wild” (nature) often echoes with “the wild ones” and make the link between the urban jungle and the countryside. The raw demonstration of persons, animals and their environment reflect more an urge of living the moment in the beauty of it more than a long process of planned stages to construct an artificial aesthetic. The pictures are a cure, the emotion is direct, the feeling is real
